Terms and Conditions for the Adria Libar Nautic Plus Loyalty Card

The Adria Libar Maritime Training Centre issues the Nautic Plus Loyalty Card in partnership with Public Open University Libar.

All candidates attending programs at the Adria Libar Maritime Training Centre are entitled to apply for the Loyalty Card.
The Loyalty Card (hereinafter referred to as “the Card”) offers benefits exclusively to the cardholder without creating any obligations.
Candidates can obtain the Card by submitting an application form at any Training Centre office (Šibenik, Zadar, Split, Rijeka, Zagreb) upon enrollment in a program.

The Card is non-transferable, issued to an individual, and valid indefinitely.
Cardholders receive the following benefits:
- 10% discount on further education programs at the Adria Libar Maritime Training Centre when paid by cash or debit card.
- 6% discount on further education programs at the Adria Libar Maritime Training Centre when paid by credit card (flat or installment payment).
- 10% discount on training and education programs at Public Open University Libar when paid by cash or debit card.
- 6% discount on training and education programs at Public Open University Libar when paid by credit card (flat or installment payment).

Cardholders collect points for all payments, including installment purchases and online payments, across Adria Libar Maritime Training Centre and Public Open University Libar.
Points are earned as follows: 1 point for every €10 spent.
Points can be redeemed for discounts based on the following thresholds:
- 130 points: 25% discount on the next course or course package paid in full, to be used within 12 months.
Points not redeemed within 24 months of accrual will expire.

Discounts are non-cumulative unless explicitly stated in the program offer.
In cases where special discounts apply to specific programs, the cardholder receives the most favorable discount.
Employers paying for a candidate’s course may qualify for discounts under the Card’s terms.

25% discount for Public Open University Libar Loyalty Card holders who:
- Obtain a secondary education degree in maritime professions. The discount applies to all maritime education programs (e.g., STCW II/1, STCW III/1, STCW III/6) within 24 months of completing their education.
- Obtain a secondary education degree in the socio-professional category. The discount applies to socio-professional programs within 12 months of completing their education.
10% discount for all other Public Open University Libar Loyalty Card holders.

The Card is issued by Adria Libar Maritime Training Centre Ltd. (PIN: 87308084694, Obala kneza Trpimira 52, 23000 Zadar).
In case of loss or theft, cardholders can request a replacement at any Training Centre office.
The issuer reserves the right to cancel the Card in cases of misuse, as determined by the Training Centre Management.

By applying for the Card, candidates consent to the processing and exchange of personal data between the Training Centre and Public Open University Libar solely for business purposes.
The Training Centre will protect personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Under Article 21 of the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 106/12), candidates may opt out of their data being used for marketing purposes. In such cases, their data will not be processed for these purposes.

Adoption of these Terms and Conditions supersedes Article 4 of the Act on criteria and procedures for discount approval from the current education program price list.
