Junior Steward/ess is a training course for those who wish to make a start in the yachting industry or to advance their career as a yacht interior crew.
This four-day intensive course is specifically designed to provide knowledge, theoretical and practical skills and hands-on experience.

- Styles of Service (plated, silver service,..)
- The sequence of the meal service
- Table setting, napkin folding
- Food safety and hygiene
Bartending And Mixology
- Basic mixology techniques
- Basic cocktail-making technique
Wine Service (Baraka Winery)
- Wine basics
- Wine presentation and proper service
- Wine and food pairing
Housekeeping (Training Center)
- Eco-friendly cleaning products, tips, and tricks
- Cleaning standards and detailing
- Fine fabrics care and maintenance
- Laundry and stain removal
