Scope (Target audience):
This course has been designed to meet the requirements of STCW section B-VIII/2, Part 3-1 and is based on the guidelines of IMO Model Course 1.22.
Course provides guidance for masters and officers in charge of a navigational watch in the use of all available resource to enhance navigational safety.

Objective: The trainees who successfully complete this course will be able to formulate and execute a detailed passage plan using specified bridge personnel and equipment, apply effective communication skills within a Bridge Team, identify and respond efficiently to potential hazards and emergency situations.
