Zadar, Croatia
Zadar is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities on the Adriatic, with a maritime tradition that predates the Roman era. Situated on the central Dalmatian coast, the city has been a crossroads for seafarers for over two millennia — and today it remains one of Croatia’s most important nautical hubs, home to a thriving charter fleet and busy commercial port.
Our training centre is located at Obala Kneza Trpimira 52, on the waterfront promenade overlooking the Zadar Channel. Zadar Airport offers direct connections to destinations across Europe, and the city sits midway on the coastal motorway between Rijeka (2h north) and Split (1.5h south), making it one of the most conveniently positioned training locations on the Croatian coast.
Outside the classroom, Zadar’s old town peninsula offers the famous Sea Organ, the Greeting to the Sun installation, Roman ruins, and a vibrant café culture — all within walking distance of the centre.

Navigation and bridge simulators include Transas Wartsila ECDIS and bridge simulation systems for realistic watchkeeping and passage planning scenarios. Zadar’s tanker operations programme is the most extensive in our network, covering chemical, oil, and gas handling at both operational and management level.
