Objective:
While following the development of nautical tourism in Croatia and listening to the needs of the charter industry, we developed this six day programme for standard skills and abilities for the job “Skipper in the charter base”.
The target group are individuals who need the training programme as a base to work in the charter business and businesses (initial training or upskilling their employees – customization of the charter programme). All segments are planned in detail, they follow the dynamics
and the types of tasks of the skipper in the marina during all seasons. Thanks to good preparations and practical training, the crew will be able to act with a high degree of responsibility, which gives them additional motivation, assures the safety and the satisfaction of all participants in the charter business – the owner, the worker, the organizing operatives and the guest.

Note to client:
After successful completion of the course candidate will receive a SKIPPER IN THE CHARTER BASE course certificate.
